Terms of service
These terms establish the basic conditions of use between Jaxungdo users and the operator, jaxungdo. Contact: jaxungdo@gmail.com.
1. Service and accounts
Jaxungdo is a tool for organizing and searching veterinary notes and documents and connecting related materials. The service is available to accounts approved by the operator after application. Users must provide accurate account information and securely manage account access.
2. User materials
Users must have the necessary rights or permission to use materials they upload or import. Rights remain with the user or original rights holder. The operator stores, converts and displays materials only as necessary to provide the service. You may not use the service to infringe others’ rights or violate applicable law.
3. Importing Google documents
You can import documents you select directly in Google Drive. Google account permissions are used to read and transfer selected documents. Uploaded originals are temporarily retained during preview; you decide whether to transfer them into notes. Imports may fail due to Google permission restrictions or service incidents. 4. Service use and responsibility
Search and AI answers help you review materials. You must directly check original materials and evidence before clinical care or professional judgment. The operator may change or temporarily suspend functions for security, incident response or service improvement, and announces important changes within the service.
Using the service is treated as consent to the privacy policy’s AI search, answers and transmission of all materials notice. Consent is recorded when existing and new users next enter the service. Extracted text and search properties of existing and future notes, PDFs and HTML files, plus knowledge-network questions, conversation context and excerpts from retrieved materials, are sent to OpenAI for search, answer generation and evidence verification. You can ask the operator to stop service use and withdraw transmission consent. Using the service again reapplies the processing conditions.
5. Ending use and changes to terms
Users may stop using the service and request account and material deletion. The operator may restrict use as necessary when a terms violation or security risk is confirmed. Changes to these terms and their effective dates will be posted on this page.
